Emotional intelligence assessment from “6Seconds” to looks at eight competencies that help identify the clients habits his or her emotional literacy, empathy towards once self and purpose in life. The assessment helps you identify how you use your feelings and thinking in your leadership

Mawada created Me My Self & I Life Coaching, to help her clients to reach a fulfilling happy life. She believes that there is always room for improvement or redecorating as she puts it. She believes that each individual has the ability to be happy and to choose to be happy therefor the name, Me My Self & I, it all starts with you. Blaming others for your misfortunes will not lead to anything, on the contrary it will make the person more and more passive, helpless and unhappy.
Mawada is a CTI Co-active Life Coach and a Results Coaching System, Executive Coach. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessor, She is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, as well as a Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapist Master Practitioner, and a CIPD Associate in Training Practitioner. She holds a Bachelors of Arts and Humanities degree in European Language and English Literature from King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah.
Coaching has always been an integral part of Mawada’s personal and professional life. She was introduced to coaching in 1996 when, as an Assistant Manager for the ‘Talent Club’, she taught young girls self-motivation, positive thinking and development of social skills. Her first exposure to coaching as a profession happened ten years later when she started working for the National Commercial Bank in Jeddah as a Coaching and Development Officer.
Compassionate and understanding in nature, people have always been drawn to Mawada for her personal attributes and professional skills. These coaching skills and experiences have allowed Mawada to facilitate the personal development of individuals so as to affect positive change. In her work within the corporate structure and function she had the opportunity to assist executives in their personal development and in the enhancement of their leadership skills.
Mawada is devoted to helping individuals find their true potential and to living their life to the fullest. She lives by the motto that “there is a right time for everything and people come into your life for a reason” and “by thinking in a positive manner, you will receive happiness”. Mawada exemplifies the motto that is the basis of personal and professional growth. Her role as a coach is to help and guide individuals towards defining their goals and developing strategies to living a rich, happy and fulfilling life.
Mawada has travelled and lived in different countries including Lebanon, USA, United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia. She moved to United Arab Emirates 15 years ago, and it has been home for her and her family since then. The experience gained through travelling and living in different countries has helped her achieve a greater understanding of cultures and has been beneficial in serving and coaching members of multinational community as well as learning two languages Arabic and English.
